What happened in Woro, western Kwara State, is pure horror and a wake-up call for everyone.

Gunmen stormed the community and killed at least 170 innocent people. Let that number sink in. Families wiped out. Homes destroyed. Lives ended brutally. This is no longer about religion or tribe anyone still pushing that narrative is either blind or dishonest.
We must stop the blame game now. Criminals thrive when we divide ourselves. This violence is about lawlessness, impunity, and armed groups operating freely. Nothing more.
It is even more disturbing to hear claims that those who carried out this massacre were so-called vigilantes hiding in the bush. If that is true, then we have crossed a dangerous line where people who claim to protect communities become executioners. That is inhumane. That is evil. And it must be condemned loudly.
Silence today is permission tomorrow.
If we do not stand together across religion, tribe, and region tomorrow it will be your doorstep. Evil does not announce itself. It moves from village to village while people argue online.
The solution begins when we choose each other over hatred:
• Speak with one voice against all killings
• Reject criminality no matter who commits it
• Demand security and justice, not excuses
The earlier we learn to love and protect one another, the faster we can rid our land of this evil.
Enough blood has been spilled.
Enough lives have been lost.
We must wake up now.
What is this people looking for in the bush, few days ago someone was telling me because government did not take care of them. What an evil statement.
